Not able to make one of our open days to see how our new system works?

Now you can find out more about our new processing system without travelling anywhere.

We have worked with the Pharmaceutical Services Negotiating Committee (PSNC) to produce a short information film about the new processing system we’ve been rolling out since last year. Staff will show you around the system and explain how it works and what they do.

It only lasts about 16 minutes and includes how we prepare and scan bundles, how we process them and customer service.
