Exclusion of the public follows
due to the resolution “That representatives
of the press and members of the public be excluded
from the remainder of the meeting having regard
to the confidential nature of the business to be
transacted, publicity on which would be prejudicial
to the public interest (Section 1(2) Public Bodies
(Admission to Meetings) Act 1960)"

the discussion because they come within the following
criteria set out in the NHS Code of Openness:
Personal Information. People have a right
of access to their own information but not normally
to information about other people.
Management information, where disclosure
would harm the proper and effective operation
of the NHS organisation
