Summary
In 2008 we worked with the Pharmaceutical Services Negotiating Committee (PSNC) to produce a short information film about the new prescription processing system we’ve been rolling out since 2007. Staff will show you around the system and explain how it works and what they do.
It only lasts about 16 minutes and includes how we prepare and scan bundles, how we process them and customer service.
