Prescription processing offices closure plan

As part of our programme to bring in our new processing system we are consolidating our processing sites into three regional sites based in the North East (Newcastle), North West (Middlebrook) and Yorkshire (Wakefield).

We will write to you before the office you send your batch to closes to let you know which office to send your batch to and from when. Address details for all offices can be found on our website at http://www.ppa.org.uk/contact/newcastle.htm

Customers whose batches are already being processed by the new system should have had a letter telling you which site to send your batch. Our helpdesk 0845 610 1171 can confirm for you which of the three sites you should be sending your batch to:
