This page contains information about English FP10 prescription forms and other products that are part of the NHS Secure forms contract. NHS FP10 secure prescription forms, incorporating serial numbers and anti-counterfeiting features, were introduced in April 1998. FP10 prescriptions are purchased by Primary Care Trusts and Hospital Trusts, and are distributed free of charge to GPs, nurses, NHS dentists and other prescribers.
