Reminder to customers who send batches to Liverpool

Following the what's new item on 11 August, the NHSBSA PPD would like to remind all of it's dispensing contractor customers who send batches to our Liverpool office that the office closes on Friday 17 October. This will leave four regional processing offices: Middlebrook, Newcastle, Wakefield and West Bromwich.

We will write to you before Liverpool closes to let you know which office to send your batch to and from when. If you have any queries, please phone our Prescription Processing Helpdesk on 0845 610 1171.
