Electronic Reports

The following reports are available electronically and can be accessed by nominated users within the PCT via the PPA website www.ppa.nhs.uk.

Prescribing Monitoring Documents (PMD) Reports
PMD information is available from April 2003 on the Prescribing, Dispensing and Financial Management (PDFM ) service. The PDFM service enables you to view and print PMDs at PCT and practice levels and also includes the PCT practice summary report. Follow this link for more information.

PCT Prescribing Report
This report includes information similar to that included in PACT standard reports with additional data/graphs/material. It enables PCTs to compare their prescribing performance against StHA and National Comparitors. Follow this link for more information.

IPP Report
This report shows the charge to the cash limit. It is used to show the apportionment of each month’s national prescribing costs between PCTs. Follow this link for more information.

ePACT.net
ePACT.net is a service which makes prescription data accessible electronically to nominated users at the PCT. Follow this link for more information.

Prescribing Toolkit
