ADDITIONAL ITEMS TO BE PROCESSED AS DISCOUNT NOT DEDUCTED

The Department of Health have confirmed that the following products will be processed as DND items from 1st August onwards.

  • Neupro 6mg/24hours transdermal patches
  • Neupro 8mg/24hours transdermal patches
  • Neupro transdermal patches treatment initiation pack
  • Rotigotine 2mg/24hours transdermal patches
  • Rotigotine 4mg/24hours transdermal patches
  • Rotigotine 6mg/24hours transdermal patches
  • Rotigotine 8mg/24hours transdermal patches
  • Zoladex 3.6mg implant pre-filled syringes
  • Zoladex LA 10.8mg implant pre-filled syringes
  • Goserelin 3.6mg implant pre-filled syringes
  • Goserelin 10.8mg implant pre-filled syringes

These products will be appearing in the Discount Not Deducted List (Part II of the Drug Tariff) from September 2008.
