How To Register

To access ePFIP, complete and return one of the forms below:

ePFIP Registration Form - Please complete this form if the surgery has not been set up with a Master User - You can check this by contacting the Information Services on 0191 203 5050 please have your practice code available.

ePFIP Replace Current Master User Form - Only complete this form if you are replacing the current master user. Please check at surgery before completing this form.

The person who completes the form to be set up as the 'master user' for the practice will then have access to the ePFIP User Administration facility in addition to their access to the prescribing reports available to all users.

The ePFIP User Administration facility allows the practice master user to view, amend, create and delete other ePFIP users for their practice. This facility makes it much simpler and quicker for practices to manage their access to the system as they will not need to contact Information Services to create new users or to re-set passwords for those users who have forgotten their password.
