From payments made 01 AUGUST 2008
6 new local payments have been introduced, Local scheme 5 - 10.
These new payments will appear as record type 500, should any payments be made against them.

From payments made 01 JULY 2008
Protected Professional Allowance, (record type 300, start position 738,
end position 750) is no longer payable. This value will now be 0.00.
