As a result we have a number of questions about your FOI tracking procedures which are as follows: 1) Do you have a software solution to track DPA/FOI requests? a. If yes to 1), was the solution developed in-house or purchased from a software vendor? b. If the solution was purchased from a software vendor, can you please supply the name of vendor and software application? c. If the solution was built in-house, can you answer the following: i) How many developers have worked on it? ii) Which platform/languages were used? 2) If you do not have a DPA/FOI software solution, please answer the following: a. How do you track and route requests through business units? b. Do you see yourself in the near future obtaining a DPA/FOI software solution? 3) Do you have in-house developers and if yes, how many?
