I provided specimins nearly three weeks ago at the Victoria Hospital in Folkestone, Kent at the request of my surgery at Manor Clinic in Manor Rd Road Folkestone, Kent. I have made several telephone calls to the surgery to find out the results of he test but do not get a reply from the nurse who has been infored by reseption to contact me. I then went to the surgery where I was informed that as the the nurse was not responding or making any effort to communicate the results by....post or whatever, I was told that a doctor would ring me that evening. No communication was received and when I rang at 7pm the surgery was closed ... the emergency operative recomended that I contact you for the result of the test. Can you help? I do not know what else I can do. Surely the practice have a duty to inform the paient of results? Basic communiction issues that are not being addressed..... what about the stress this envokes?
