COXIB PRESCRIPTIONS 1999-PRESENT Dear information staff, Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I wish to request the following information: The numbers of prescriptions returned for NSAID Cox-2 inhibitors: (a) Rofecoxib (b) Celocoxib (c) Lumiracoxib I request this information for the years 1999 to the latest, with the data tabulated in monthly, quarterly or in such other reasonable form that discloses changes in prescription numbers over time. I further request the financial value, or such other financial data as is routinely compiled by the authority, arising from these prescriptions. With best wishes in implementing the legislation.
