I am writing to request information, under the Freedom of Information Act, that I understand you produce and hold. I hope this will enable me - as a citizen, taxpayer, patient and father - to understand how our family GP practice is performing, whether it is providing good treatment and whether it is taking proper care in spending money. I am, therefore requesting for our GP practice (see below) the current version of Electronic Prescribing and Financial Information for Practices (ePFIP). I understand these reports can be accessed over the web or downloaded to a PC, so should not be onerous for you to provide. The GP practice to which I am referring is that of Drs Lawley, Crittenden and Edwards, 170 Wandsworth Bridge Road, London SW6 2UQ. They are within the Hammersmith and Fulham Primary Care Trust. I trust this is sufficient information to easily identify the practice.
