Further to my conversation with ?????? I have grown my understanding of what you can produce for me and the difference in my request to that from Manchester. As such, and agreed with ??????, I would appreciate if you could obtain for me the following fields of data from Epact - I believe the only extra one compared to Manchester is the Dispenser information, if this is not possible I shall understand but it would be most useful. Data fields: * BNF Name * Total Items * Quantity * Total Quantity * Total NIC * Total Act Cost Extra fields that would be most useful: * Dispenser Name * Dispenser Code * Dispenser Address Line 1 * Dispenser Address Line 2 * Dispenser Address Line 3 * Dispenser Post Code I would also like the data for the PCT''s I originally requested and also for the following: * Barnet Primary Care Trust * Camden Primary Care Trust * Enfield Primary Care Trust * Haringey Teaching Primary Care Trust * Islington Primary Care Trust These trusts have signed up as members of HPC and I can forward you any proof you may require for this. I''m not sure if you were able to break up the items between their different categories for Manchester, if you can for the following categories it would be appreciated * Dressings * Appliances * Incontinence Appliances * Stoma Appliances * Screening and Monitoring Agents
