I am writing to advise you that following a search of our paper and electronic records, I have established that the information you requested is not held by the Authority. As part of my duty to advise and assist, may I draw your attention to the fact that under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOI) the Authority is not required to manipulate data to satisfy an FOI request, and as a public body with limited resources it would be inappropriate for scarce resources to be employed on non statutory activities and therefore is not an option that can be followed to satisfy your request.
