Selecting a Report
After logging on via the Prescribing Toolkit Logon Page you will be presented with the Report Index page. Click on Potential Generic Savings to display a screen similar to the following :

This screen allows you to specify criteria for the report you wish to view. The first list box contains a list of organisations which you have authority to view. (Click on the triangle to expand the list). The second list box contains a list of reporting periods that are available. Select which organisation unit and reporting period that you wish to view and click the "Show Report" button.

The Potential Generic Savings report for the organisation and reporting period selected will now be produced and shown in the lower section of the screen as shown below:

Viewing further reports
To view further Potential Generic Savings Reports, make new selections in the listboxes and click "Show Report". To view other types of reports click a selection from the menu bar to the left of the screen.
