After logging on via the Prescribing Toolkit Logon Page you will be presented with the Prescribing Toolkit Report Index page:

Click on the NPF Indicators, Prescribing Indicators, Volume Comparators or Cost Comparators LINK or SECOND word of the report on the table of contents (RED arrow) to display the NEW style report selection screen as follows: (This NEW style report selection should only be used on monitors running at 1024x768 or higher resolution)

Click on the NPF Indicators, Prescribing Indicators, Volume Comparators or Cost Comparators ICON or FIRST word of the report on the table of contents (YELLOW arrow) to display the OLD style selection screen as follows:

To return to the either the NPF Indicators / Prescribing Indicators / Volume Comparators or Cost Comparators Reports  screen, click on the corresponding link on the PPA Table of Contents.

Displaying Graphs

Please note that the first time you select a graph it will take a little longer to display as the graphical application needs to be downloaded.

Not all of the Health Authorities will fit on your screen, however you can pan left and right across the screen using the mouse.

To PAN - Hold down the LEFT MOUSE BUTTON and slowly move the mouse left or right. Release and wait to display the graph.

To ZOOM IN - Hold down the "CTRL" key and the LEFT MOUSE BUTTON. Drag the rectangle to the area you wish to zoom in on.

To ZOOM OUT - Press the (lower-case) "r" key to reset the graph view and display all the HAs. (If you have a small monitor you might not be able to read the HA names).

Printing Graphs

Please use the print button at the bottom of the graph page to print, this will print the section of the graph in view. If you wish to print the complete graph you must first zoom out (see previous paragraph).

Spreadsheet Note

You must first display Data, Drugs List or PU Weightings before attempting to place the information into a spreadsheet.
