The NHS Business Services Authority needs your help to improve its services

The NHS Business Services Authority (NHSBSA) is carrying out research over the next three months to find out what sort of service its customers get from its Prescription Pricing Division (PPD).

KGS Ltd, based in East Yorkshire, will be conducting the research on behalf of the NHSBSA. They will be phoning North-East pharmacists, GP practice managers and PCTs in May asking them to attend one of a number of focus groups. They will then select a sample of 300 across England to take part in a telephone survey, during June and July, based on the findings from the focus groups.

The research will cover areas such as how payments are made, information provision and customer service. It will not be looking at areas controlled by the Department of Health such as policy.
