Amlodipine besilate concession

Following the launch of generic products for amlodipine besilate, the Department of Health has announced that the concession that allows dispensing contractors to be paid based on the list price for Istin when a prescription reads, 'amlodipine besilate' and the contractor has supplied and endorsed 'Istin,' will no longer apply to prescriptions dispensed from the 1st July 2007.
