Diazepam Syrup 2mg/5ml
The Department of Health have agreed with PSNC to the deletion from the Drug Tariff Part VIII of Diazepam Syrup 2mg/5ml with effect from 1st March 2002. Due to the printing deadlines for the February 2002 edition it was not possible to include advance notice of this deletion in the preface. |
