ETP Message standards
Specifications for messages used in electronic transmissions have been published on the DH website (www.doh.gov.uk/pharmacy/etp.htm) as "open standards".
A list of standard Prescriber and Dispenser endorsements has been created for inclusion in ETP messages to the PPA.
A list of the Patient Exemption Category has been created for inclusion in the ETP message to the PPA.
A list of Software Manufacturer Codes has been created for inclusion in the ETP message to the PPA.
