Bookings
It is recommended that you request a provisional booking by telephone, facsimile or email. You will be told whether your provisional booking has been accepted. You must then confirm your provisional booking by completing and returning one of our training booking forms. Provisional bookings must be confirmed within 48 hours of the initial booking.
Payment Terms
Payment is required at the time of booking, either by enclosing a cheque with the booking form/ indicating that a BACS transfer has been initiated or requesting an invoice. Attendance on a course may be refused if full payment has not been received.
Cancellations
Reservations cancelled up to 30 working days prior to the course commencement date will be refunded at a rate of 50% of the original invoice value.
Reservations cancelled within 10 working days prior to the course commencement date will only be entitled to a refund of 90% of the original invoice value.
We reserve the right to cancel a course at short notice should events beyond our control make this unavoidable. If this should occur, delegates would be offered a place on the next scheduled course subject to availability of places, otherwise a refund will be given, limited to any fees paid in respect of delivery of the course.
Transfers
If you wish to reschedule confirmed places on a scheduled course you will be subject to a £25 administration charge. Rescheduling must take place within 3 months of the original training date, subject to availability. We reserve the right to pass on any external costs caused by rescheduling courses.
Delegate Transfer
You may substitute delegates on a course at no charge but must take full responsibility for ensuring that all course documentation is passed on and that the delegate meets the relevant pre-requisites for the course.
Liability
We shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature arising from:
- The cancellation or rescheduling of a course, by us, for any reason beyond our control;
- The inability of any delegate, for any reason, to attend a course on which he or she is enrolled;
- Any costs incurred in relation to the attendance of a course which is subsequently cancelled or rescheduled by us, for any reason beyond our control; and
- Any action whatsoever of the delegates.
Attendance
If, due to events beyond a delegate's control, he or she cannot attend a course, the delegate will be offered the opportunity to transfer to another presentation of the course, subject to the rescheduling conditions above, and providing that all reasonable attempts have been made to attend.
Course Suitability
We provide detailed overviews of courses and recommend that all delegates read and fully understand the course content, that it meets their requirements and that they are qualified to attend.
Intellectual Property Rights
The intellectual property rights in all materials provided to you for the purposes of the training course remain our property. They are provided to you for use only in connection with the course and are not to be used for any other purposes without our consent.
Protection of your personal data
Any personal data you have provided us will not be passed on to third parties. However, you agree that we may keep such information and use it for the purposes of keeping you informed of future courses.
