Bolton, Durham and Liverpool PPD office closures
Click to view prescription processing offices closure plan As part of our programme to bring in our new processing system we are consolidating all of our processing sites into three regional ones based in the North East (Newcastle), North West (Middlebrook) and Yorkshire (Wakefield).
The following offices will be closing over the next three months.
Bolton and Durham: 19 September
Liverpool: 17 October
Customers whose batches are already being processed by the new system should have had a letter telling you where to send your batch with a supply of address labels for posting. If you have not already had a letter from us telling you where to send your batch, we will write to you before the office closes.

We would ask customers to remember to use the most recent address labels provided by the NHSBSA PPD to prevent delays in processing your batch.
