ePACT.net training course for nurse prescribers

A one-day training course designed for PCT staff wishing to use ePACT.net to analyse nurse prescribing.

Basic ePACT.net training course

A one-day introductory training course designed for relevant staff with little, or no, experience of the ePACT.net system. It will introduce them to the functions of ePACT.net and show them how to use the system efficiently to analyse and report on prescribing performance.

Designed for:

• Newly appointed PCT prescribing advisors.
  
• Newly appointed PCT finance officers working in the prescribing area.
  
• Analysts wishing to use ePACT.net to analyse PCT prescribing and who have little or no experience of the system.

Intermediate ePACT.net training course

This one-day training course is designed for users who have mastered the basic functions of ePACT.net and wish to maximise the potential of the system.

Designed for:

• PCT prescribing advisors and finance officers who already have some practical experience of ePACT.net but wish to make full use of the system to analyse prescribing in depth.

Advanced ePACT.net - Prescribing Indicators

This specialist one-day course concentrates on the use of ePACT.net to monitor prescribing performance using prescribing indicators and is suitable for users who wish to monitor incentive schemes or provide regular feedback to GPs on prescribing performance.

Designed for:

• Experienced ePACT.net users who have previously attended an Intermediate training course.
