EPACT Training
The following EPACT training courses are available:

EPACT (version 6.05) Training Course for Health Authority Prescribing Advisors

Introductory two-day training course in the basic use of the EPACT prescribing system specifically designed for Health Authority advisors.

Designed for:

  • Newly appointed Health Authority prescribing advisors
  • Advisors who may have previously undertaken basic training and would like a refresher course to familiarise themselves with new EPACT features

EPACT (version 6.05) Training Course for Health Authority Prescribing Analysts

Introductory two-day training course in the basic use of the EPACT prescribing system specifically designed for Health Authority analysts.

Designed for:

  • Newly appointed Health Authority prescribing analysts, IT or Finance staff who are required to use the EPACT system to produce prescribing information for health Authority or PCG advisors.
  • Analysts who may have previously undertaken basic training and would like a refresher course to familiarise themselves with new EPACT features

EPACT (version 6.05) Advanced Training Course

A two-day training course covering advanced use of the EPACT prescribing system.
Designed for:

  • Health Authority prescribing advisors and analysts who have previously received basic EPACT training and wish to utilise the system to it's full potential.
  • Advisors and analysts who may have previously undertaken advanced training and would like a refresher course to familiarise themselves with new EPACT features

ePACT.net training course for Community Unit users

A one-day training course designed for Community unit staff wishing to use ePACT.net to analyse nurse prescribing.

Basic ePACT.net training course

A one-day training course designed for HA and PCG/T prescribing advisors and analysts wishing to use ePACT.net to analyse PCG/T prescribing and who have little or no experience of the system.

Intermediate ePACT.net training course

A one-day training course designed for HA and PCG/T prescribing advisors who already have some practical experience of ePACT.net but wish to make full use of the system to analyse prescribing in depth.
